Guidelines for Authors
a) The submitted article must be unpublished (both in Portuguese and in other languages) and without publication pending elsewhere, except in the case of publication by invitation.
b) The main author must have the title of doctor, and the co-authors, master, except in the case of publication by invitation.
c) The work must not contain identification of the author.
d) If the work has been financed by a public or private institution, the author must identify it. In addition, it should indicate any potential conflict of interest.
e) The work must be submitted in Word 97 or higher, according to the DOC standard.
f) The work for the Doctrine section, whatever your language, must contain between 15 and 35 pages.
g) Regardless of the section to which it is intended, the work must follow these guidelines: paragraphs aligned 3 cm from the left written margin; do not use indentations, displacements or spacing, before or after; do not use the <TAB> key to determine paragraphs, as the <ENTER> key already does it automatically; the font must be Times New Roman, body 12; Paragraphs should be 1.5 leading; margins are 3cm on the left, 2.5cm on the right and 2.5cm on the top and bottom. The paper size must be A4.
h) Bibliographic references must be made in accordance with NBR 6023/89 (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards - ABNT), and must contain, in that order: the author's last name in capital letters; comma, author's name in lower case; Score; title of the work in italics; Score; edition number; Score; abbreviated word editing; Score; local; two points; publisher (deleting the elements that designate its commercial nature); comma; year of publication; Score.
i) When the work is cited for the second time onwards, it can be written, in that order: the author's last name in capital letters; comma; author's name in lower case; Score; title in italics; comma; cit; comma; page.
j) Case law citations must contain, in that order: court; judging body; nature and number of the process; rapporteur and trial date.
k) References must be made in footnotes.
l) Articles must contain: title in Portuguese in bold, centralized and in capital letters; title in the original language of the text, if any, below the previous and centralized; and title in English, also below the title in Portuguese and centralized.
m) Abstract and keywords must be written in Portuguese, in the original language of the article (if different) and in English. The summary cannot exceed 10 lines, and abbreviations should be avoided. In addition, the abstract and keywords in a foreign language must be identical to Portuguese. At the end of the abstract, there should be 3 to 6 keywords (separated by a point) for indexing
n) There must be a summary in Portuguese, in the original language of the text and in English, in addition to being numbered according to the divisions of the text. Each division will be separated from the other by a dash.
o) If there is part of the text that should be highlighted, use italics (not bold or underlined). Moderate the use of highlights.
p) The author is responsible for grammatical and spelling reviews.
q) If there is research involving human beings, there must be prior approval by the Research Ethics Committee and strict and restricted obedience to international declarations and the resolutions of the National Health Council. The author must inform the approval protocol to attach the respective opinion.
r) The author will declare himself fully responsible for the integrity and accuracy of any part of the work.
s) All editorial rights are reserved to Revista DDP, and the publication of the article generates a free transfer of copyright.
t) The author may reproduce the article only after being published on the official website of the Magazine, and citing the complete source. Publication of the article in another journal will only be allowed after publication in Revista DDP, and the source must be cited.
